Whether you’re ordering from across the UK or across the ocean, every collectible or handmade gift is carefully packaged and sent with the same love and attention to detail.

My aim is to make your shopping experience as simple, enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

🌎 International Shipping 

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel on its journey.

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and local customs processing.

📦 Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes or handling charges depending on your country’s regulations.

For destinations where Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) shipping is available and selected, applicable duties and taxes will be handled before delivery wherever possible.

Where duties are not collected in advance, any import charges requested by your country’s customs authority remain the buyer’s responsibility.

If you’re unsure whether import charges apply to your destination, please feel free to contact me before placing your order.

To comply with international shipping regulations, every parcel is accurately declared.

Your order will be described as:

or another accurate description that reflects the item purchased.

I always declare the correct value of every order in accordance with customs regulations.

📮 Delivery Times

International delivery times can vary due to:

• Customs processing

• Local postal services

• Weather conditions

• Seasonal demand

• Public holidays

While delays are uncommon, they are unfortunately outside my control once your parcel has entered the destination country.

Every Daft about Craft order is carefully prepared before leaving my studio.

Your collectible is wrapped with care and packaged using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely after its journey.

🌸 Returning an International Order

If you wish to return your order, please contact me first so we can discuss the best way to help.

For change-of-mind returns, buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

For your protection, I strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when returning any item internationally.

🌎 Refused Deliveries

If an international parcel is refused by the recipient or returned because required customs charges were not paid (where applicable), any refund will be processed once the parcel has been safely returned to me.

Original shipping costs and any costs incurred due to the parcel being returned may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
