Thank you so much for supporting Daft about Craft.

Every collectible is lovingly handmade by me in the UK and carefully prepared before beginning its journey to its new home. I take great pride in packaging every order with care, and I hope opening your parcel feels just as special as receiving the collectible inside.

If you have any questions before placing an order, you’re always welcome to get in touch.

Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of purchase.

If there is ever an unexpected delay, I’ll contact you as soon as possible to keep you updated.

United Kingdom

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You’ll receive tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

International Orders

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and customs processing. Any delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Customs & Import Charges

For destinations where Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) is available and selected, applicable import duties and taxes will be handled before delivery.

For destinations where duties are not collected in advance, any customs duties, taxes or handling charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you’re unsure whether import charges apply to your destination, please feel free to contact me before placing your order.

 

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

If a parcel is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, I’ll happily resend it once it’s been returned to me. Additional postage costs for re-shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed, please don’t worry—postal delays can occasionally happen.

If you think your parcel may be lost, please contact me and I’ll investigate with the postal service before arranging any replacement or refund where appropriate.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely.

Where possible, I also choose packaging that is practical and mindful of the environment.
